How New Pioneer Squash Club uses your personal data
The club may collect identification, contact, membership, eligibility, booking, attendance, finance, waiver, guardian-consent, emergency-contact and communication records that are reasonably needed to run the club and the portal.
This includes what you give directly at signup, in profile updates, when booking, when acknowledging the waiver, and through committee-managed membership work.
The club uses personal data to administer membership, verify identity, manage sign-in and account security, process applications, run bookings and attendance, handle billing and receipts, deal with safety and emergency matters, keep governance records, and send club or portal communications.
It may disclose personal data to committee members, service providers, venue or activity operators, professional advisers, payment or messaging providers, and regulators where that is reasonably required for those purposes or by law.
At signup the portal asks you to consent to the collection and use of your personal data. That consent is what supports your membership and your use of the portal.
You may withdraw it later. Withdrawing restricts your portal access until you consent again, and some club services stop being available.
Even after withdrawal, the club may keep or continue to use certain records where that is reasonably required or permitted for legal, accounting, audit, governance, safety, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention or operational record-keeping purposes.
Keep your profile accurate and up to date. You may also ask the club for access to the personal data it keeps about you, or ask it to correct something inaccurate.
The club may need to verify your identity, and may decline or limit a request where the law permits.
The club keeps personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, or longer where retention is required for legal, accounting, audit, governance or dispute-handling reasons.
It uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data. Some systems or service providers process data outside Singapore; where that happens, the club aims to use arrangements giving a comparable standard of protection.
